HOLLYWOOD, CA - Adult film star Jill Kelly has announced the creation of Jill Kelly Productions, a production and distribution company with movie titles produced and directed by adult film stars.
Jill Kelly Productions produces and distributes, through J K Distribution, products on both VHS and DVD, through a national network of distributors, retail outlets, electronic media including cable and satellite broadcast, and a website, one of the most popular sites on the World Wide Web in a chain of websites created by Jill Kelly.
The company has begun to produce an extensive library of movies for mature audiences. In its inaugural year, Jill Kelly Productions will release over 40 full-length features, with plans to continue with more than 80 releases annually.
Founded in April of 2000, Chairman and founder Bob Friedland, then retired from business in mortgage banking and real estate development, joined with Adult Film Star Jill Kelly to form Jill Kelly Productions, Inc., and J K Distribution, to produce and distribute the first of a new breed of erotic films. These films are differentiated by the marketing and motto of the
company: Adult Films created and produced by Adult Film Stars.
Jill Kelly Productions has signed some of the industry's finest talent to non-exclusive contracts, including Jewel De'Nyle, Tabitha Stevens, Silvia Saint, Bridgette Kerkove, and Mr. Marcus, among others. Each will star in an exclusive series for JKP, as well as produce and direct or co-direct each series. The company has also signed an exclusive contract with Adult Film Actor Julian and newcomer Haven, one of the most promising and exciting erotic actresses in the new millennium.
For the first time in her career, Jill Kelly will be exclusive to her own company, after years of working with the largest and most profitable companies in the business. Jill Kelly has received praise by adult and mainstream press for her work both in front of and behind the camera.
