Miles' Movie Review (1)

Miles' Rating:  4-5 Stars

Starring: Not only is this a well-plotted, legitimate follow-up to the landmark original, but it surpasses it technically (not hard to do) and in character development. Jamie Gillis (not bad at all) plays the head of an anti-porn commission who is unaware his wife, Krista Lane, is the daughter of Linda Lovelace. While Krista at first believes "dirty' movies are evil, she undergoes a transformation when she feels a little tingling that made mom famous.

Top notch all around. A real movie helped by several solid performances (even from Ron Jeremy).

Krista is a fireball, moving from naive but curious to uncontrollable, apparently under the influence of her mother's still lascivious spirit. Linda's ghostly power turns the committee into a band of sex-starved maniacs.

While the story packs a political message, Krista's mix of carnality and innocence makes it all work. Watch how she convinces the crowd that that ache in her throat is something much more. Mmmmm.

Not much.

It gets a 9. This is one sequel that has been sadly overlooked.
